Industrial Mechanic
As an industrial mechanic at LINCK, you are rightin the middle of the process when individual parts become complete machines. You produce precision-fit metal and plastic components — for example using lathes, milling machines or CNC machines — and assemble them into components and complete systems.
You will work safely according to the technical drawings and instructions. You check the functionality of the machines, start up systems and set the correct settings. You also keep the technology running: inspecting, maintaining, repairing — ensuring that our production runs reliably.

Metal Cutting Mechanic
As a metal cutting mechanic at LINCK, you produce components made of metal - and sometimes plastic. From individual parts to small series, you machine workpieces by turning and milling processes and ensure that every part fits precisely. You operate computer-controlled machine tools (CNC), set them up, load programs, adapt and test them.
In doing so, you select the appropriate tools and clamping devices and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Quality is your top priority: You carefully check and document dimensions, tolerances and surfaces.

In addition, you will start up and maintain measurement, control and regulation technology. You test high-voltage systems as well as signaling and communication systems in accordance with applicable standards and document the results carefully — this is how you ensure that everything runs reliably at LINCK.

As a technical product designer at LINCK, you shape the machines of tomorrow — digitally and in a hands-on way. You create 3D CAD models of components and assemblies and create precise drawings with all relevant dimensions and tolerances. You maintain and edit 3D data and drawings carefully and pay attention to version and change levels.
You will also select suitable materials and manufacturing processes — always considering both production feasibility and cost efficiency. In addition, you will create understandable documentation, such as parts lists, exploded drawings, and assembly and service documents, so that production and assembly run smoothly.
